REFERRALS

It is our pleasure to put you in touch.

At RolfPros, we pride ourselves on our high standards. The same can be true for any product, person or organization we recommend. Since 2004, we’ve had the opportunity to work directly or learn from the teachings of the professionals highlighted below. They’re what we call our “A Team.” They are also great resources for you in your quest to create a better self.
This kinesiology tape is designed to help people manage chronic pain, correct their dysfunctional fascia patterns, increase blood flow, accelerate performance and facilitate body’s natural healing procession.

Yin Yoga engages in a static stretch by targeting connective tissue in the body for a period of 5-7 minutes. Yin-Yoga improves posture, body awareness, and use your whole self more efficiently in your daily activities.

I’m constantly getting asked by men if there is any way that I can improve my health and have more energy in my life. My reply is what is your water (H2O) intake per day? 80oz or more.  What is your diet like? How often do you regularly exercise? What type of workout do you do? Strength training? Cardio training? Yoga? Or maybe a combination of all. How do you measure success?

The hard truth is that 85% of all nutritional and workout plans FAIL. It really due to the complicated and time-consuming plans out there in the market place. It’s why I recommend the FitFather Project (FF30X) / program for men especially over the age of 30 years old. We don’t have to work harder just smarter when it comes to our well being.

Women today are so overwhelmed largely due to so many roles they play in life.  Whether it’s your relationship with your partner, taking care of the kids, balancing work/career deadlines or social events.  Which usually means your putting yourself last.

There are som many nutritional and workout plans to choose from out there.  Most are there to set you up for failure due to complexity and time-consuming.  It’s hard to know where to start.  But a start is needed to have an eating/workout plan that helps you lose weight, creates more energy, and helps your metabolism work properly.  It’s why I recommend the FitMotherProject (FM30X) program for all women.  You don’t have to be a mom to get the results of living a healthy lifestyle.

Katie Mason, MA, LPC

Katie has been in the mental health industry for over 12 years. Her wide range of experience and expertise includes anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, spiritual emergencies, chronic illness and trauma.

She’s found that there’s always an emotional component to injury and illness. If you’re struggling from any chronic pain or experienced multiple injuries in your life, you need to tend to something on the emotional level in order to find full relief on the physical level.

By re-examining our bodies from an emotional perspective we begin to hear our pain differently and better understand what other changes we may need to make to become healthy.

Dr. Shawn T. Smith, Psy.D

Shawn is a licensed psychologist in Denver, CO. and has been in private practice since 2006. He has a special interest in coaching men to uncover ways in which they’re encouraging the wrong behavior in others and set new personal benchmarks for themselves.

His other passion is in providing solution focused couples therapy to eliminate hurtful, destructive patterns.

His clinical training has included the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and traumatic brain injury.

He works from a cognitive-behavioral orientation, with a special emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Stephanie Lyn, Life Coach

Stephanie has a gift for spotting the “Narcissistic.” People with this condition are frequently described as self-centered arrogant, demanding, and manipulative. She points out the dynamics with the narcissist and how to heal yourself by working on your self-esteem, setting and enforcing healthy boundaries.

She will teach you to respond instead of reacting. Responding to a narcissist drives them crazy because they want a reaction from you. It makes a narcissist feel important, they need that to survive. Just like positive supply such as enablers feeds their inner emptiness, so does negative attention. Responding vs reacting is an amazing and healthy thing to learn because it defuses the narcissist.
