About RolfPros
Meet Fred Nehring
RolfPros was founded by Fred Nehring, Certified Advanced Rolfer®. He has been in private practice since 2011 through his Recover Right Program (FMS™ Screen, Rolfing®, LiteCure LightForce® XPi Laser Therapy, RockTape™, and Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT). He has helped hundreds of clients tackle everything from physical rehabilitation needs to sports injuries to musculoskeletal injuries. His approach goes beyond symptom management—he treats the whole person by focusing on the body’s connective tissue aka Fascia – the intricate web of connective tissue that encases and supports the entire body.
