How does FMS™ Test work?
FMS™ is the screening tool I use to identify limitations or problems in movement patterns that are key to correcting neuro-musculoskeletal imbalances. Based on Gray Cook’s and Lee Burton’s creation, FMS™ gives us an accurate snapshot of each client’s concern to address areas of movement deficiencies, limitations, or asymmetries to come up with your weakest link. The FMS™ Test consists of a Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Inline Lunge, Shoulder Mobility, Active Straight-Leg Raise, Trunk Stability Push Up, and Rotary Stability. FMS™ exposes dysfunctional patterns and gives us a platform to work and retest. .
How does LiteCure LightForce® Pro Therapy work?
LiteCure LightForce® Pro laser therapy is a safe, painless, and fast treatment. Typically sessions are administered at 5-10 minutes, with clients seeing results after 3-5 sessions. RockTape™ treats sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, and back pain. RockTape™ microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia below, creating a decompressive effect.
